Welcome! I create original SVG cut files for crafters and small business owners.
I hand draw all my designs so you can create unique crafts or products that stand out from the rest. I work hard to give my customers high quality files that are easy to use and produce excellent results. All my designs come with a limited use license for the small business owner so you can create unique physical products to sell here on Etsy or in your own shop. Details are in the items' description section.

My files are not opening in my program?
I provide the following file formats with your order; SVG, PNG, DXF and EPS and I test my files in Cricut and Silhouette. One or more of the files can be opened with the popular cutting machine brands as well as laser machines like Glowforge. You need to check your brand's preferred file format. Make sure you have downloaded any software updates your machine may require. Occasionally Etsy has issues with downloads and the file could be corrupted. Wait a few hours and try downloading again. If you are still having issues with the files after trying the suggestions above, please get in touch with me. I am not an expert in the programs but I will work to find the issue or I will email you the files directly.
Custom and personalized orders
I don't create personalized orders but I do take requests. If you have looked through my designs but can't find what you are looking for just message me with the design you would like to see. If it is something that fits with my design style I will create it at no extra cost and notify you when the design is in the shop. For example, my Many Dogs design and Dogs and Plants design were requests from customers. I created them in my style and messaged the customers when they were available for purchase. It typically takes me a week to create a new design. I don't create Trademarked designs like Disney. I also won't "copy" another artist's design you have found online. Any request must fit my design style.
Trademark and Copyright
I retain copyright of all my designs. By purchasing my design I give you permission to use it for personal projects or your small business. The specific terms of my license is included in your purchase. I create original designs and work very hard to not copy another artist or violate a Trademark. I use the Electronic Trademark Search System to ensure my SVG design is not infringing anyone's Trademark. As a small business owner you need to do the same to ensure using my design on a physical item does not violate someone's Trademark. For example, a "Hello Sunshine" svg does not violate a trademark. Using "Hello Sunshine" on clothing does. It is the small business owner's responsibility to check Trademark before selling products.
I love my purchase! How do I leave a review?

You can only review orders that are associated with an Etsy account. If you purchased as a guest instead of signing in to Etsy, you can claim the order to your new or existing Etsy account and leave a review. The order must be within a 100-day review window, starting from the order's estimated delivery date.
I can't open my file in Brother CanvasWorkspace
On the left toolbar in CanvasWorkspace is a symbol with the letters SVG. Click on that symbol to get to any SVG or PNG file you want to open in CanvasWorkspace. I have a Mac and when I click on that symbol the program takes me to my files. You cannot open an SVG file in CanvasWorkspace by going to the top toolbar menu on a Mac and choosing File. All the files are grayed out and not clickable. I don't have a PC so I'm not sure if it works exactly the same way. I would assume using the left toolbar within the CanvasWorkspace would open the file on a PC. On a Mac you can also right click on the SVG file and choose "Open With Brother CanvasWorkspace". UPDATE AUGUST 2021: Brother has updated their software and DXF files now open.
